Took my Acura for a 100K mile transmission flush/fill and timing belt replacement. I was told that it will on take 3 hrs, but took them all day. They told me they didn't have the manual and that is why it took them that long to finish the work, basically trial and error. Now my car makes a squicky noise everytime I start the car and it's just not the same anymore. These guys are not experienced technicians. They learn to fix things as they go. It might seemed cheap on the phone but after they've worked on your car for hours, because they don't have a clue on what they are doing, they would charge for the total hours, therefore you end up paying more than it would of cost you to have the dealer perform the same job and you end up with a bad job. They are not professionals. The place is dirty too. They get an F-

These guys do a great job, at fair prices. You won't find a better car repair place.
