All stars would be ZERO if it would let me. Rude, unprofessional and rip offs!!! Don't be fooled by there caring attitude when you walk in for the first time because all he cares about is taking your money. I took a chance with this business thinking that the reviews were wrong cause most of them were negative, but no. Highly reccomend taking ur business elsewhere (he will rip you off).

Took my vehicle in on Tues 7-12-11 and was told the AC was fixed f/ $120. The problem was not corrected. Took it back on Fri, was told I would have to wait till Mon. Took it back on Mon. On Tues, Mark the owner, told me it needed a new compressor for $600. (?!?!) I can not afford that amount at this time, went to pick up my vehicle & to talk to Mark.

The man was very rude, loud, interrupting, obnoxious, and down right a jack a**!!!! He told me, "You've got your keys, now get your car and go!"

My 28 yr old son had gone in w/me. He later called and said he was so upset w/the way I was treated, he wanted to punch him in the face!

Berkley's Automotive is getting a 1 star rating ONLY because this site won't let me close until I do, otherwise it would be ZERO!!

I have all my cars inspected for free for the AC . Mark is a very honest guy who tells me what the problems are, and the cost to repair them.
