I've ordered from them 4 times (3 deliveries, one pickup) since late March and every time they're accommodating and the flowers look fantastic! My fiancé is the envy of her friends in the office! Prices seem to be on par for a non chain non Walmart florist. I'm 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!

Rude people, flowers overpriced and looked nothing like the photo. The lady who delivered the standing spray pulled it from the backseat of her small sedan while several flowers fell to the ground. She did not fix it. The banner was supposed to read "grandma" you could not read it. Yellow lettering on pink ribbon. When I called to complain she laughed at me. I'm hurt and angry. No refund provided.

Last year my daughter ordered flowers through FTD to be delivered on my birthday. They were to be delivered by Benny's but she was told the address was an empty lot. Address numbers are on our home. Anybody with Google can find us. Flowers were delivered a day or 2 late & I was promised by the florist they would be fresh. They weren't & were totally wilted withing a few days. This year by daughter called Benny's directly to order (not realizing they were the same florist from last year). Again flowers weren't delivered & she was told delivery person knocked & nobody came to door. I was home all day & we have 3 dogs. If anybody knocks the whole neighborhood knows about it. My daughter talked to the owner & didn't even receive an apology although she is suppose to get a refund.
