Buyer beware, great in the beginning until you have to deal with billing!
by Gardengirl83634 , 06/17/2013
Absolutely terrible service, equipment (CPAP) stopped working, no resolution. Hit me with a surprise $540 6 months later (and had the nerve to threaten collections). Kept calling and having to leave a message that was never returned. Billing was rude and ridiculous to work with. I have began working with another company for my needs. My suggestions, RUN as far away from this company as possible, there is a lot of competition out there, you don't have to put up with this poor service!

I'm not sure of their prices but my insurance covers it without any problems. I love the people and help I get there. They are very helpful everytime I've called or gone in. I would highly recommend them.

This office does not value your privacy. The company as a whole is a terrible organization. COMPARE PRICES. They are off the charts expensive compared to anywhere else in town or online. Think you're covered by insurance? Think again. They don't bill your insurance properly and you become responsible for the entire amount plus monthly expenses, Yup, monthly. They RENT you the supplies and equipment you think you own. You're going to owe more than your car payments to this company for things that would have cost you less than one month's rent payment. Your credit will be ruined. Your insurance company won't be required to pay. Bed ridden, too bad, you still have to go into their office to get your stuff. They'll tell you they will come to you, but they never will. They are completely MONEY DRIVEN. Your charts will be left around for anyone to see and they will talk about you BY NAME to other clients.
HIPA violations & confidentiality means nothing

This company has big issues, they have very little HIPA concerns. They try very hard to portray that they lead in the industry, yet if you go behind the sceans you can see what it is really like. Patient charts out in the open. From what I hear they dont take good care of the employees that try and work very hard in this economy just to make a dollar. I have also been told that they get rid of great employees just because a person stands up to them with in thier legal rights and then trash them after they are gone. They should be very careful about the way they talk with patients in the building, there are alot of foul language and unprofessional acts. There used to be a gentalman there named Jeff, and I feel that he was the best employee that this place ever had and yet he isnt there anymore....maybe the management should re-eval thier own work ethics and learn from good employees.Has anyone ever done a serch on this " Matt Rotter"? you just might want to.....
