Treated for skin lesions by two different practioners (one DR and one PA) in the clinic over several years. Both failed to take biopsies when the lesions failed to resolve over time. Went to Deschutes Dermatology where they immediately took biopsies that turned out to be basal and squamous cell cancers. Needed surgery and radiation to resolve the cancer. Would "never" recommend Bend Dermatology.

I have been a Bend Dermatology patient for over 30 years and trust them for all my skin care needs.

Did you know that Bend Dermatology does NOT provide preventative care? I didn't either but that was what I was told when I asked why my annual skin screening was billed as an office visit rather than an annual sreening. They had sent me a reminder for an annual and I was careful to make sure I mentioned that it was an annual screening when I made the appointment and when the doctor entered the room but I was billed for an office visit rather than an annual screening. I can't decide if they are truely uncaring or simply playing semantics with the term "preventative care".

I went in to have a couple moles looked at on my arm- I ended up being worried about the wrong mole! Dr. Troutman looked me over and found something I didn't even know I had. She took care of it, and I was on my way.She was a real pro- I have a new dermatologist and she is a good one!Thanks for your help and looking out for me.

Got charged over $700 for a 15 minute visit and the removal of a small spot. They also charged $120 just to call me with the results. Absolutely rediculas what they charge.

This is the best clinic in Central Oregon. Very professional and personal. Thanks for all your help.
