Absolutely horrible service! Staff was not knowledgeable and did not offer any help at all. Not only was staff not knowledgeable, they are down right rude. We bought four bridesmaids dresses, and were all sized for them by the staff. The staff told us what size we were and what size to buy, so we bought the size they told us to. Not ONE of the dresses fit. Every single one was too tight to wear. We complained and asked them to alter the dress of the bridesmaid that lived in town. They refused until two weeks away from the wedding when finally they offered to fix the ONE dress. The alterations were not done correctly by this shop. They made the bust bigger and left the waist the same when we clearly asked for the waist to be bigger and the rest left alone. They told me to not worry about the alterations and everything would be fine for the wedding, however that I couldn't have the dress until two days before the wedding. When I got the dress back it was still about 3 inches from being able to zip it up. We called and complained to the store again because this dress was not wearable. They did not answer our calls and did not call us back even though multiple attempts were made by multiple people.



We went into the store to just get our money back because we couldn't wear the dress. The owner laughed in our faces, called us a liar, and tried to shame us. She blamed everything on us, said we gained weight (can't gain weight in your ribs and we didn't gain weight), we ordered the wrong sizes (they ordered our sizes and told us what size to order), and said we should have retried the dress on sooner (they wouldn't let us have until 2 days before the wedding, which was the night before we traveled to the wedding).



Bottom line, DO NOT go to this store! They ruined the wedding, caused so much unnecessary stress, and now we are out our money and with a dress two sizes too small.

This shop was very beautiful,very friendly and gave the most personal and professional service we have seen in any of the many stores visited! We recommend calling ahead and asking to set an appointment for their slowest time. This really helps make your visit so much nicer for everyone ! We arrived and were greeted by the owner and one of her assistants. Yes, after a few minutes of talking we were asked to remove our shoes as we entered the bridal gown area. We didn't mind at all. It was obvious that they take very good care of their shop and want to create a nice experience for all their customers and guests! The store was tastefully decorated, the carpets clean and pristine. The gowns were displayed beautifully with no plastic bags around them! We were treated with kit gloves, not rushed, and our assistant was so nice and so helpful ! Belle Bridal had a large selection of dresses and designer gowns in all price ranges including some on sale! Our whole experience was great!
