angel in the office..... by Sherry Dunn - 08/16/2009I had great teeth until i had to take chemotherapy for cancer.I lost my hearing, and my teeth,they began to chip , break, crumble and get infected. I am on disability and medicare doesnt cover dental work. I heard about a traveling free dental clinic that dentist volounteer their time to couple times a yr. i went , and stood in line , praying i would be seen. I made it to one of many chairs , and met Tom Bell, DDS where he introduced hisself as my friend and said he wouldnt hurt me , and i thought , yeah right .. . but he took his time and got the last few broken up teeth out of my mouth without hurting me and with reassuring words and a gentleness unbeknown to me in the dentistry field. Dr. Bell volounteers his time regularly helping those in need in many ways , in many states, and outside the united states... he is a compassionate and extroidinary man and dr and he was right... a friend.
