I called for a Taxi for a friend who was staying in my house on a Friday evening. The people in Bell Taxi told me to wait 30 minutes.... so we waited. After 40 minutes nobody showed up. When I called back the dispatcher was extremely rude and told me that the driver called me (nobody did) and decided not to pick my friend up, becasue supposedly there was an argument in the house (we were watching a movie). At that moment I got really angry. They told me that they could send a Taxi again, but we would have to wait an hour. The funny thing is that my wife was by the window awaiting the arrival of this joker who never showed up.

After arguing with the lady for like 10 minutes I was trasferred to the driver who hung up on me after an extremelly heated debate after just 2 minutes.

This company should be Black Listed on Post. Please do not ever call these clowns.

Request the driver PETE!!! Pete was on time , had a cooler full of water bottles which was great ! Inside was very cleaned , he mentioned he details it every night ! Very professional, assuring , & also a great driver 😀

The service was perfectly acceptable, but I paid 16.75 for a drive from the of about 3 miles. And they don't even serve refreshments.

Have unsafe vehicles that are past due to be retired. Possibly only 2-3 if the driver's are safe. Was pulled over by a highway patrol after the driver overtook and passed the officer. The driver kept driving for approximately 5 minutes before my husband advised him he should pull over. We were supposed to be at an appointment with the VA but due to driver, we were late. This caused us to be late returning home as well and to pick up our 6 year old daughter. I reported the incident and asked for a refund ($300 ride) however we were told that they don't do that. So if you have to be somewhere and back by a certain time use someone else.

I work front desk at a hotel so I constantly use Manhattan's taxi services. This is by far the worst service on our list. The wait is never as short as they tell us it will be, if they show at all. The worst part though is how rude the dispatcher is. Every time we call she is unprofessional and rude. Even when trying to cancel (usually because they are very late) she is has been excessively impolite. They will be taken off our list and certainly will never be recommended.

Lies. Lies. Lies. They only tell lies about how long you have to wait. It's always, "Fifteen minutes." I know it will be an hour and a half.

If you live in Junction City then you don't have a choice. This is the only company in the city. I waited an hour for a cab and I called back to see what the hold up was and I was told that someone called and cancelled my request. I had been looking out the window and waiting the entire hour. I didn't cancel the service. The dispatcher was extremely rude and said the only thing we can do is move forward and the wait time is about an hour. It was easy for her to move forward because her plans were not ruined. Only use this company if you have no other options.

Needed a ride back to my apartment as my car had broken down earlier on. Called at 1430 and was told they would be there shortly. After a half hour, I called up again and was told that the driver was on base, and the location they have me meant he was less than a half mile away. Never the less, I waited another hour before finally losing it and hunting down a soldier in my company to get a red from. Ridiculous service mixed in with straight up lying to the customer easily earned this its one star. It didn't even really earn that either, but I can't give a zero.

Bell taxi is a rip off they don't use their meters right and rip off soldiers... They also take hours to pick you up!
