Liars and Cheaters by 123 - 09/28/2009
Bell Real Estate is by far the worst real estate company in Eugene. In the two years that I unfortunately had to deal with them they did nothing but screw me over. I never once had a pleasant experience. My two years living there were full of false charges, rude phone calls and letters, and writing a large amount of unnecessary checks. I just moved out of my place in Eugene and now they're trying to charge me $2500 for "burn marks" on our patio from our BBQ. Apparently a few charcoal marks means they have to replace the entire patio. Ridiculous. The only way to deal with these people is with a lawyer.

very difficult to see their properties by unhappy searcher for rentals - 08/27/2009
I was interested in looking at several of their empty places. However, when I called to arrange to see the property, they said that they only showed it once a week and if I couldn't see it at the time they had already set up - then I couldn't see it for another week. Is this the way to run a company? If I was the owner, I would be very upset that my rental wasn't being shown frequently.

They omit the damages when you move in and charge you for it all when you move out. Be careful and dont plan on any deposit back.They are scammers.

cheating shark theifs and Slumlords by cow - 11/19/2008
Bell realty is the worst property management company I could possibly imagine. They tried to cheat me out of my $350 deposit...plus another $265, after charging me for 11 days before I moved in, when I had to dely my move in because they wouldn't clean the carpet or anything else. So I cleaned up before I moved out and still got charged. I fought with them for a year and a half and finally got all $350 of it back as well as the $265 dropped, but then they started reporting that they had evicted me from the first property I rented from them 4 years after I moved out, even though I was never had so much as a late payment. I have also heard from a number of other people that they were screwedout of money as well, including a man that previously worked for them. Bell Real Esate is nothing more than a cheating slumlord.

We relocted from Southern California to Eugene OR. We went online and found a house however there were no picutres. The staff at bell went out and took photos for us and also worked with us via phone and email to secure the property.
The house was nicer then we could imagine. We got a 3 bedroom 2 bath HOUSE with a back yard for less then a 2 bedroom condo in CA.
Thank you bell for my dream house :-)
