Our furnace quit working at 7pm on a holiday. Temperatures were to be at or below zero overnight, so we called Mr. Bell, and he arrived in less than an hour! The part our furnace needed was not available in his vehicle inventory, so he willingly drove across town to obtain the needed part, all this while our county was still under a level 1 snow emergency and most roads were still dangerous. We cannot thank Mr Bell enough for completing the entire process (from our initial call to a functioning furnace) in under two hours, for an amazingly economical price!
