Moving Consultant
Your moving consultant will help in assessing your needs for a smooth and timely move to your new destination. They will provide you with an honest and straight forward estimate and follow-up with any additional questions or concerns that you may have.
Crew Team
A crew leader and his or her team of professionals follow the guidelines specified by the moving consultant and interact with you on any additional details. Your experienced crew team will take special care of your belongings and handle them like their own in an efficient and courteous manner. The moving crew team will work hard to meet your needs on time and within budget.
Customer Service Representatives
At any time before, during and/or after your move, a customer service representative is available to further assist you.
Property Protection
Bekins Moving and Storage Co. understands the importance of taking special care of your home just as we pay attention to details on your inventory. We use heavy pads to protect various furniture items, use ground coverings on sensitive flooring and utilize specially designed dish, mattress, wardrobe, and picture cartons. In addition to this, we take advantage of bubble and paper wrapping for dishes, accessories, and other fragile items. Our thoroughness in property protection has earned Bekins Moving and Storage Co. an excellent reputation among home owners.
Labeling
On interstate and international shipments we label and special tag all items for quick and easy packing and unpacking. Everything is marked to accurately provide you with an easy inventory check list.
Packing Materials
Bekins Moving and Storage Co. utilizes specially designed heavy duty moving cartons to pack your belongings. We also have used boxes available to you at no charge, but supplies are limited. In addition, uniquely tailored soft furniture padding, foam, paper, and bubble wrapping are used to protect your household goods from damage while moving them.
