Here Is Our Cleaning Process & General Rate Sheet:

Cleaning Process

Step 1: Shaking, vibrating and pounding each area rug to extract all dry particles trapped inside each knot and between every fiber. $.45/SF

Step 2: High power dry vacuum brushing both sides of the rug to collect lose particles and dust $.10/SF

Step 3: Pre washing and soaking the entire rug for at least an hour to loosen filth and grease using light detergent and lukewarm water. $.45/SF

Step 4: Machine washing top surface pile with motorized brush using low PH carpet cleaning Shampoo. $.39/SF

Step 5: Hand washing both sides of the rug with gentle wool safe brush and special hand soap to bring out the natural patina from your Oriental rug. (BEHRAZI signature wash removes most spots automatically) $.75/SF

Step 6: Spot treatment done by analyzing the cause and applying the right solution/solvent to remove and treat the damaged area. (Pet urine and food stains are safely removed and neutralized by enzymatic and organic breakthrough products) Price will be individually determined

Step 7: Water extraction using high power wet vacuum $.24/SF

Step 8: Rinsing at least 3 times using pressure washer and heavy metal extracting tool. $.75/SF (additional $.24/SF by customer request & if needed)

Step 9: Fan drying by warm air $.24/SF

Step 10: Sun drying naturally by placing the rug outdoors $.45/SF

Step 11: Deodorizing and sanitizing the whole carpet organically (using hospital grade organic disinfectant and enzymatic spray SE-500) $.25/SF/Treatment

Step 12: Fiber guard spray leaving invisible shield to protect against further soiling which is great for tracked-in dirt $.25/SF
