Below are the different services I provide. These services can be provided in the following ways: Virtually, Remotely, and Mobile (dependent upon the area). When someone signs up with me, they may use me for all their Accounting, and Bookkeeping, or just parts of it. So in other words, the services below can be customized to your specific needs.

Also, another benefit for using me is that I can ebb and flow with your company’s needs. So if your book of business goes up, then your need for me increases, BUT if for some reason your book of business goes down, then your need for me diminishes with your revenue… so I am always cost effective!

• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Deposits entry
• Accounts Receivables

• Review your financials to be sure you have clean financials and your books are correct.
• Review your monthly bills for accuracy. This can often times prove to save a lot of money.
• Collections: We can get receivables to where they are 10-15 days, instead of the common 30+ days. This seriously improves cash flow and saves much time and stress.
• Cash Flow Management
• Asset accounting, which is sometimes something that is not always up to date.
• Create Financials for credit/loan applications: Normally when this done by a CPA, it can cost you thousands of dollars, and so I can also provide savings here.
• Back up for you, so that there is never a break in your accounting and you always have up to date balances and financials.
• Payroll, including preparation of payroll taxes.
• Quarterly taxes
