Lousy customer service by jbl - 12/18/2007I would not recomend this firm to anyone. I was looking for an attorney to handle an accident case. I called this firm and spoke to an attourney. He was to call me back that afternoon or the next day after speaking to his partners about the case. Two days pass by and no call, so I called him back, promised that he would return the call the same day, and again, no call. For the third and last time I called, asked to speak to the same attorney, was told that he was going to review my case and get back to me. Never happened. If this is the way they treat you before you become their client, I can assure you they will most likely treat you worse, after they have received money from you. Don't call this firm, find some other attorney to handle your case.
