We have been calling Beattie Plumbing for 20+ years. We are always completely satisfied with their work, their prices, and the professionalism of their personnel. We will not call anyone else.

This company charged about $260 to replace a kitchen faucet. Considering that this did not include the cost of the faucet, which we bought ahead of time, I regard this as excessive for less than an hour of work and a 2 mile trip.So, one star for disappointment in the cost, four stars for good workmanship, and rounding up, I'll give three stars and rate this company "average," although I will not use it again unless I'm in a bind.

I had Beattie Plumbing install a new water heater for me in late July 2010. I spoke with Larry on the phone and he was helpful, informative and up front in a manner that made me feel confident . After calling numerous other plumbers, I decided to go with Beattie because through the initial phone call I had the impression that I was dealing with a professional that had been in the business for a long time. Even though I received a few slightly lower bids from others, I chose Beattie for this reason. When the installer (Clint) arrived, he too appeared honest and professional. After determining that the unit he had planned on installing would be too tall to attach to the flue and remain safe, he returned the same day and installed a comparable new unit with no issues. Beattie provided excellent service in a friendly and professional manner. A positive overall experience.

We had a broken pipe this winter, and literally did not know who to call. i looked in the yellow pages, and for some reason was drawn to your ad. You sent someone out promptly, who not only fixed the burst pipe, but figured out why it had frozen in the first place. Just recently, we had a problem with a "whistling" in our pipes. Because of the great service we received, I called Beattie again. Once again, we were impressed by the professionalism of your company. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. We would not hesitate to use you in the future, and would receomment you to anyone in need of a plumber.

The service is exceptional,they explained everything, gave me options, did a lot of little jobs. I am a single mom and always struggle to find reliable service people - this is a team that I absolutely trust!

We needed a hose bib installed. Clint at Beattie Plumbing came out that morning and did a great job! He was very professional and thorough. Several days later we now have a toilet disaster. I immediately called Beattie Plumbing and, once again, Clint has responded quickly. We couldn't ask for more. We like to support local, independent businesses and in Beattie Plumbing, we have found our "Plumber for Life".

I want to be sure to thank you for the terrific service I received on my recent basement remodeling project. Not only did your technician do a great job with the work, but he also made good suggestions about how to best route the plumbing - and he even came back to the house a couple of times just to answer questions and make sure everything was working properly. Thank you for such top-notch service.

I called this morning to have my sink disposal replaced. The guy who took my call was so nice. He gave me a price estimate for a new disposal and dispatched a plumber to my home. The plumber arrived right on time and was a great guy. He inspected the disposal and determined that the motor was fine but the blades were so rusty they couldn't turn. He cleaned the rust and got the blades turning again. I didn't need to replace the entire unit! This is the second time I've called Beattie Plumbing. The first time they replaced the flushing mechanisms in my toilets to stop the leaks. (A different plumbing company had done this work a few months earlier -- took my money but didn't fix the leaks!)If you're looking for a reliable, honest, friendly, knowledgeable plumbing company, I would recommend Beattie. I have great confidence in them, and peace of mind that the work will be done right for a fair price.

We recently had to have our sump pump replaced. I called Beattie Plumbing in the morning and a plumber was out that day. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Beattie Plumbing to anyone looking for quality service.
