Called and left them a message around 7 am that our a/c wasn't working. Multiple calls back and was told the technician would be at our home on the same day. Nobody showed up or called back to say they couldn't make it. Next day, after leaving messages on their machine and calling receptionist, that technician calls and says there are other people in ahead of us. I said we have another company scheduled for late afternoon if he can't make it here by then. The tech said we don't play those games, just take him off the list because he's not coming out now. We had to get a hotel room for the first night due to the interior temperature being 88 degrees. The receptionist and tech are rude, unable to give an estimated arrival through out the whole ordeal.
