Loudest campground I've ever stayed at! They say quiet time is 11pm but it is not enforced. In fact, one of the loudest noises was the bass coming from the music in their own bar at 1am. Not to mention the loud people and dogs barking at all hours of the day and night.



The bathroom is another story. Not well kept up at all. One of the stalls and the hand toweling ran out around 7pm Friday and was not filled until around noon on Saturday. The soap dispensers ran out, the trash was overflowing from the garbage can, and there was a lot of water in front of the pay shower (because the drain was at the other end and no rubber mats on the floor).



We rented a row boat on Saturday to go fishing. $40 for the boat, oars, life jackets and anchor if you requested it. Not a bad price at all. The boat had roughly 3 inches of water in it - we dumped it. No big deal. However, the boat had a leak and during our fishing trip the boat started to re-fill with water and there were about 4 inches in it when we returned. Also, a nut on the oar was broken and we had to keep stopping to fix it.



And then there were the other campers. Many were very nice but many were very rude. They felt it necessary to walk right through our site to get to/from the restroom. When I say "right through" they would literally walk between two of our chairs while we were sitting at the fire pit! In the middle of the night a disgruntled camper asked another site to be quiet and they yelled back "shut the f**k up". Nice.



The best I can say is that the campground itself and the sites are nice and the lake is great. Would be a wonderful place to stay if you have kids or dogs that you wish to let run wild while you party the night away! Needless to say the four of us will not be back.
