WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!! by lshope - 03/21/2008After being rear-ended six months ago, I took my car in to have the rear bumper replaced. My insurance company and I realized they were trying to overcharge me; they claimed that part of the repair was not covered by insurance and I would have to pay...at a higher rate. Then, within 2 months of my bumper being replaced, it was covered in rust spots. I asked them to replace it; they agreed to order a new bumper and replace it within 2-3 days. The work is still not completed.
