Totally inadequate condominium managers by Condominium Resident - 02/15/2009If you value oversight over your investments, do **not** become involved with this company. They apparently do not understand condominium CC&Rs or By Laws, nor are they able to follow yours, even when your CC&Rs and By Laws are made part of their contract.
They are apparently uninvolved, distant, not interested, and non-responsive, while still collecting their fee each month.
They apparently do not understand the basic tenant of condominium ownership, since their three-month-late budget for the new year included landscaping expense which exceeded their recommended contribution to reserves.
They do not possess any condominium management expertise, and appear unwilling to educate themselves as to RCW 64.50. Their performance was fundamentally tragic.
BBB rates them as F-.
Avoid like the plague! by the fierce - 02/11/2009This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Not only did it take them 8 months to respond to my maintenance requests (which were not even fulfilled) but our property manager is a terrible human being who looks to extort every last penny out of you and treats people like dirt, especially college students. Everyone at the office is unfriendly and unhelpful, they give no grace period for late payments. Money is due the first day of the month and a $30 late fee on top of it. They charged a $400 nonrefundable pet fee and on top of it charged an additional $450 when nothing had been ruined. They basically looked to recarpet the entire house at our expense when there was no damage. We also had the carpets professionally cleaned and they insist that they need to be recleaned at the price of $250 dollars.
These people are demanding, unhelpful, impersonable and incredibly unprofessional. I have never known such cutthroat, rude, unfeeling customer service in all of my life.
