The company has developed a nationwide distribution network to deliver flours, mixes, bases and concentrates for most major metropolitan markets, including retail bakeries, wholesale bakeries, foodservice operators, distributors and food manufacturers. Bay State Milling Company acquired Rocky Mountain Milling, LLC, in 2010 and became one of the largest millers of organic flour in the United States. The company also serves key segments of the feed industry that use its wheat coproducts for pet food formulas, feed mills and integrated animal protein products.
