This is the second time they lost my clothes. The first time they sent them home with someone else, who returned them 3 weeks later after realizing they weren't theirs. This time they lost 2 pair of pants and 3 shirts. Over 6 weeks, hoping for the same to occur, I asked for the owner or manager to call every time I dropped off or picked up clothes. Nothing. Ever. Finally I got the manager when picking up clothes. She said she never called because she got conflicting stories from my wife (never called), a female employee and a male employee. Ok -- great customer service -- don't talk to the person whose clothes you lost! She gave me $30 per article. I thought things were fine till I went to drop off dry cleaning yesterday. "We won't accept your business any longer." SERIOUSLY? Too bad. They finally stopped slamming the steamers down and breaking the buttons they didn't fix before they sent them home. That's fine. Crappy customer service, lost clothes. RUNAWAY!
