For 25 years I have been helping my patients in the Kankakee County resolve many types of painful problems and struggles. My patients have come to me for help with relationships, self esteem, loss/bereavement, concentration, focus, learning disabilities, addictions, depression, fears, anxieties, work related concerns, shyness, stress and anger.

My approach is eclectic which means that I tailor the sessions to the needs of my patient at that time. We will utilize the various types of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, spiritual (not religious) counseling as well as alternative healing modalities such as biofeedback therapy, relaxation training, stress reduction and guided imagery.

Although my practice is a general psychology practice, I have developed a special interest in helping people who have found their continuous physical problems such as irritable bowl, sour stomach, blood pressure, headache, pain and nervous habits have not been 'cured' by pills alone.
