Went in to get a battery for car key fob, kid helping said he would just change it for me since it was just as easy for him to do it rather than just getting me a battery. He didn't tell me they charge a premium to do that, charged me $8.50 for one battery when a two pack sells for $6.99. It is just poor service and is basically lying

Needed new battery for cell phone. Local premium retailer for a major cell phone company told me the battery was no longer available. Stopped at the Urbandale Batteries Plus store. They looked up the info and had a battery for my cell phone! Thank you Batteries Plus!I will do business with them again.

Wow, first of all I have never been to this type of business before. I went in looking for a battery for my laptop. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, and explained to me how I could maximize the life of my battery. I can+t say enough about how pleasurable my shopping experience was. They had batteries for everything, things I didn+t even recognize. Not only did I get what I needed with just one stop but I know I can save money, even on my regular AA batteries. I even learned that I could get my cordless tool batteries rebuilt with brand new batteries at a significant savings over the new ones.This is a place you have to stop in and see.
