Provided by YP.comI have used Bates Collision several times and they did another great job on my recent repair. They are the best around, I will not go anywhere else. They kept me informed every step of the way, handled all of the insurance claim details from start to finish, they even have rental cars on site...and my car looks brand new! I highly recommend them!!

The price was fair, the estimate was complete and he was extremely pleased with the quick turn around time and the quality. I was so impressed that I brought my car to them also-the staff was friendly and very professional!

Provided by YP.comSome one ran into me at a store... Took my car top bates and they kept mt car for 10 days and i am not happy.. There is other dammage on my car and the tent on my back window need to be repalced.... the car is only 4 months old and it looks likr it is 2 yrs old now... I am really mad a the p word wants to come out... this car is a 24000.00 car andf it looks like sh*t..... I will not tell any one to come here for anything/..... my car looked better before the they worked o it.... plz do not go there to get anything done.........
