Very hard to work with. Reasoning with this staff and owner will never happen. Dont go with them if you can help it. Make sure you keep your copy of your contract because you will need it when they mess up your event. Good luck.

Absolutely excellent service. They've done several affairs for us and recommend them highly.

We absolutely do not recommend using Barracks. If you have any choice on your caterer, try to avoid them at all costs. We used them just for the bar service at our wedding reception and they were horrible! The bar tenders do not know how to tap a keg and caused everyone's beer to be very foamy. Also, they did not provide the wines we had agreed upon in the contract, we wanted our guests to have a choice of 5 wines, and they only brought 2 choices. After the event was over we brought all of our problems to the attention of the owner and he refused to compensate us for any of it. They were difficult to work with from day one, but they were the only choice we had for our venue.
