Finally, a contractor I can rely on. I called Randall to give me a bid for getting our rental ready in a short time. He was over the next day, gave me plenty of options and some new ideas that even helped keep the cost down. Being in the same kind of business before retiring, I could tell right away that he had plenty of experience and new what he was talking about. I think it was two days later and I received an email with everything spelled out in detail. It didn't take me long to get back to him and get on his busy schedule. He knew I was under pressure to get the work done, so we could get it rented. I was very surprised to look out my window and down the street around 10pm, and they were just leaving, calling it a day. This happened more than once. And then came the weekend,( to most people) but not Randall. They even came back on Sunday to finish. Anyway, to sum it all up, Randall and his helper, are very hard workers, and very customer orientated. As a matter of fact, I have him coming back this week to look at another job I have for him. couldn't be more pleased!

I first met Mr. Randall J. Banks when he came over to my residence to look at the work to be done and to submit a bid. I needed three old fluorescent light fixtures removed from the kitchen ceiling and three new light fixtures installed to replace the old ones. Two of the old fluorescent light fixtures were to be installed in the garage and ceiling fans were to be installed in each of the bedrooms. He looked at the purposed work to be done and was able to give me a bid immediately. After giving his bid and two other bids much thought I decided to call him back and he began the work the following morning. I was impressed with his professionalism on the job yet that professionalism was tempered with a polite and courteous attitude. I like to watch the work being performed as I find that of interest and sometimes I have questions about the process. Mr. Banks was quite knowledgeable and answered any questions I posed to him without it deterring from the task at hand. He completed the job in the purposed time frame and even cleaned up the work areas. I most appreciated the fact that he called me a few days later to inquire as to whether all the work that had been done was to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the quality of his work, his professional yet friendly attitude, his knowledge of the task and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Randy was hired to paint the back of my home and the interior patio walls and did an excellent job. He also pressure washed the pavement and re-staked a top heavy Daphne bush, and refused to bill for that additional work. I was so pleased to have a service provider who took such pride in his work and one willing to go over and above the scope of work requested.

I have hired Randall Banks on a number of occassions. It started with him painting my house, inside and out. He pays attention to detail and does a professional looking paint job! Later, I hired him to do a remodel in my home. He installed a kitchen and bathroom and gave me a bid where he was able to complete the project within our budget. Randall is a very kind soul and does excellent work. I would recommend Randall without hesitation.

Randall was very courteous and got right down to business no time wasted. Completely opposite from other sketchy experiences I've had with other local handymen. His prices were great and he was really nice and communicated well. Always on time!

I am the owner of Hampton Inn in Eugene, Oregon. Randall Banks Construction built a privacy wall between our check in counter. His workmanship had quality a eye for detail with interior framing drywall and matching texture. I hired him after work was completed to work on my own personal home. He was always on time punctual, courteous and reliable. After seeing his work and eye for detail I hired him to do painting, pressure wash tile roof and sheet rocking and textured and painting the down stair bonus room. I would strongly suggest call him for a bid before hiring another contractor.

Very happy about the quality of a paint job he did on the exterior of our home as well as the deck he restored in our backyard.
