Beware of attorneys who advise all their clients to file just chapter 13 cases. I filed both chapter 7 and 13 cases, the one that is best for you! Some attorneys only file chapter 13 and advise all their clients to file chapter 13 even though they should be in a chapter 7. Many of those clients should not be in a chapter 13 and later seek my advice and end up switching to a chapter 7 and be done in three months instead of three to five years!

Finally, beware of typing services that do not provide legal advice.
