Dr. David Ballestas and associates are there for all your minor medical needs. Physical exams, women's health, ECHOS IV therapy, minor surgical procedure, X-rays, stress, hospital coverage, weight, diabetes, hypertension, impotence, allergies, arthritis, physical therapy and workmen's compensation. Our nurses work with patients and their families in planning and supervising the patient's healthcare.

Our ees are the usual and customary ees or this locale. We strive to keep our charges as low as possible. We request payment at the time of service by cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We also accept Medicare assignment and bill Medicare and supplemental insurance carriers or you. PPO, HMO, and other managed care patients must identify themselves by presenting a valid and current ID card at check-in.
