Worst Ever by Salem resident - 07/31/2008This place shouldn't even be in business! Watch out for this place, they scam! The man who towed my car wanted $200 cash to get my car off the truck. When I told him I had to get my wallet for this bribe, he said I had 15 seconds or he was going to leave. I didn't give him the money fast enough so he left and me and my 6 year old son had to walk to this business to get my car out. When I arrived the secretary was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. I was charged $300 to get my car out of the impound-very unreasonable for a short drive (tow) and storage for less than an hour. This business is the worst ever! I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau.
