The reason they did not charge you, is there mark up is outrageous. They are known for using used glass for there shelves and tabletops. Baer glass uses workers from central america in there shop. I don't mean disrespect to you, but there are several shops in the area that use high quality material and worker who are respectful and expierienced, and to be honest cheaper. Shop around before using baer glass.

We have used Baer Glass for glass used in our home for desk and dresser tops a couple of times previously. They have always been very polite and professional. Two weeks ago we wanted glass for 3 shelves we were adding to our dining room. My husband got the wrong measurements and the shelves were to small. We called Baer Glass (this was on a Saturday morning) and told them we measured incorrectly and needed different ones. They said they would have it ready for us in a couple of hours! We picked the glass up and gave them the glass we couldn't use and the man said they wouldn't charge us for the new shelves!! We were so happy! We were so impressed with their service, quality, and the quick reaction time! We will always use Baer Glass for future needs and highly recommend them!

We have relied on Baer Glass for many years for special cut and simple plate glass for various projects around the house. They are always courteous, professional and concerned about my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations recently by helping me after I returned home with my order only to discover the dimensions I gave them were too short. The same day, a Saturday, they asked me for the more accurate dimensions and gave me new glass shelves within two hours - and took the incorrect pieces as payment - with no additional charge!
