Would Give Him 6 Stars If I Could!!! by Jeffduck - 09/13/2007My family started using Dr Backer a little over a year ago, particularly my children. From day 1 we fell in love with their staff as a whole. Everyone there is extremely friendly, and they put our kids at ease right away, to the point that they really LIKE going to the dentist now. My 11 yr old son had to have a root canal, which I observed, and afterward we had a hard time convincing my son that it was supposed to be an unpleasant procedure. He said there was very little discomfort, and breezed through it. Dr Backer is wonderful with kids and adults alike. Even though this office is no longer participating with our Insurance plan, we will continue to go there regardless of the extra cost! Even though we live in Cottage Grove, we would drive to his place from anywhere in Lane County!
