I've been seeing the staff here before, during and after both of my pregnancies. I love the atmosphere and attitude. The Doctor really values my concerns and I put my full trust in his healing hands. I had pelvic/hip problems for years and even 9 months pregnant they did not come back!! The body can heal itself and the staff at Back in Action beleive that too and help you get your life back on track.

I am a first grade teacher in a wonderful Fairfax County School where I teach first grade. Two years ago I injured my back and needed back surgery. I had a very hard time "coming back" from the surgery and I really feared that I may not be able to go back to my first graders. I knew next to nothing about chiropractors but I gave "Back in Action" a try. The kindness, skill, and holistic approach I found there has saved my life and career. I wasn't really sure I could keep going. Now I feel strong and hopeful and pain free.I'll be back in September with my first grade students for my 30th year of teaching.
