Great Store!! by DBax - 09/08/2009My experience with this store was great. I ordered my furniture, all 1500.00 dollars worth August 8th, 2009 and just got the call today that it was in Sept 8th, 2009. I was told up front that it could take up to 12 weeks to get in and I was forwarned and prepared for this to happen. I would also like to say that I drove over an hour to visit this store due to the reviews I had heard "word of mouth" and am very happy thus far. The staff was very helpful and patient...it took a month of decisions and help from the staff at this store to finally decide what I wanted for our nursery. They were always great to work with.
Buyer Beware by Tony - 07/26/2009I recently purchased over $1400 in baby furniture from this company. After waiting 4 weeks longer than expected, I called the factory to find out the furniture had been in stock since day 1 and Baby Beginnings held shipment until they had more pieces of furniture to order. We even offered to pay extra for expedited shipping in the beginning. The store manager lied on multiple occasions stating that the furniture was on its was when she knew it was not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
