Our experience was a nightmare. Took 3.5 days for a 2hr job. Well not ready on day 1 5 hrs after drop off. Day 2 they said they broke a sensor & waiting for it to be delivered. So we call that afternoon & was told it would be done that day. Nope! Day 3 still getting the run around saying it will be ready in 1 hr, 3.5 hrs later when we decided to pop in it wouldn't start. Now when we dropped it off it was drove in & now it won't run. The guy trying to start it I'm assuming is the owner started cussing & carrying on saying he was the d@#& car gone today. Well come to find out who ever broke the part screwed up some other stuff causing it not to start. The owner is very rude & unprofessional cussing every other word. That's NOT how you speak to customers, especially when your staff cost u more by breaking stuff. So now the evening of day 3 our car was finally dropped off @ 10pm. Well we guess our initial issue is fixed, but now when driving it dies frequently. They are super nice @ 1st to get your business, but if they run into issues that isn't the customer fault then he becomes irrate. I don't recommend this place, avoid at all cost especially if you can't be without a car for 3+ days. Before I forget a giant candy bar turn up missing, so leave nothing in vehicle if you use them, & don't take children as their volcabulary isn't one little ears should hear.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Your experience may vary, but this is what we had to deal with. Initial parts order took a week and a half longer to arrive then the owner Danny Hill told us . When they did arrive, it was the wrong parts which wasn't discovered until the scheduled day of completion, and took another several days to get in. Initial estimate for labor nearly doubled due to "man hours and parts that they didn't plan on". Car has been out of comission for several weeks, thankfully it's not our main vehicle. When questioned about lack of progress and mistakes made, owner becomes rude, and unprofessional. After the vehicle was completed, rattles in suspension and leaks that were supposed to be fixed were still there. Owner told us that "there's more than one seal in the rear differential and it's not his fault we didn't specify which one we wanted fixed for the leak to stop". He suggested that we bring the car back for "re-evaluation". It was NOT covered under "warranty on his work" that he gave us.

B&M is NOT BBB accredited, despite the claims by owner. Check with BBB before you decide to take your vehicle there, they have F rating with several complaints and unresolved issues. Here's the link:

We will never do business with them again. Avoid B&M Auto unless you have unlimited time, budget and don't mind dealing with unprofessional and rude staff.

Danny is a trustworthy mechanic who will give you a very fair deal. I recommend them to folks all the time.
