Car was supposed to b picked up yesterday and no one ever showed or called then was supposed to b picked up definitely before noon the next day didn't happen then were going to come in the afternoon. Now they called and said they were not going to make it today. I have sat around for 2 days for nothing. Inconsiderate and very poor customer service.

I purchased a starter from B&H, gave them the correct make & model of my vehicle ( which was printed on my receipt ) and they somehow managed to give me the wrong starter. The mechanic didn't know until after the starter was put on and the car wouldn't turn over. The male representative I phoned at B&H stated that i may not know the correct type of vehicle I've owned for over three years and insisted that i give the the vin number which lead back to the exact info i'd given to him previously. There were no apologies, no discount for the extra time, gas and labor my mechanic and i had to go through! Instead, the horrible MANAGER gave me some unacceptable statement saying " these starters look very much a like..." bs! In addition, I patronized this business a couple of years back. Me being naive in the mechanic/ car field , woman and single, I was given an old ran down used rusted muffler part that my mechanic refused to put on my vehicle. I brought the part back under warranty for my money back and their computer was down. A week later I had time to try and return the part again, however, the warranty had expired and they refused to give me my $100.00 bucks back even after I reminded them of their computer issues at my last visit. So, if you're looking for a knowledgeable, fair, honest business with fabulous customer service then B&H is not the place.

I called for a window and they had it, the salesman worked with me on the price and they were exceptionally professional. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks. very good service.

I was very satisfied with my experience with this company. They are open on Sat. which is convienient and they were quick with getting me the part I needed. The owner is very personable and the staff is friendly as well. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

Wow the most amazing service I have ever had,one phone call I had prices ,parts and really enjoyed the customer service.I felt they really cared on getting me the best service possible!
