Shady business practices. Be warned!

I initially called them regarding an installation for a Nest thermostat since they were listed as an authorized dealer on Nest's web site. The first technician came out and was unable to correctly configure the thermostat. After calling any speaking to Tyler he sent a 2nd technician out. Tyler said that he couldn't promise they could resolve the issue since they have never installed a nest before. I was a little skeptical of having them come back out buy my house was over 80 degrees at this point. The 2nd guy came out and was, again, unable to correctly install the thermostat. Tyler made it clear that if they could not get it working properly a refund would be issued. When I called back in the morning to speak to a manager regarding my refund I was tranferred to Greg, the operations manager. Greg informed me that no refund would be issued and I should in fact be charged for the 2nd service call as well. He was unapologetic and rude. I can't say enough bad things about this company avoid at all cost.
Missed the obvious leak

Tech came out and found my system dry. Added 12 lbs of freon and perform a simple buble test, but found no leak. The next day system was dry again. The tech came out, did an electronic leak check and reported that I had 7 pin hole leaks and the external condenser coil needed to be replaced.######Contacted Anytime Heating & Cooling for a second opinion. Their tech open a panel, followed the oil trail and in 5 minues had found a single hole large enough to leak 12 lbs in a day in a line leading to the coil. He patched the hole and we've had no further problem after 30 days. ######I contacted AZ Ref and asked for a refund and to cancel the coil replacement. AZ Ref has still not refunded me the money as I requested. But I did get a call from them informing me that the coil had arrived and they would like to schedule the installation.
