This is there idea of portecting there clients
by Angry Mom , 04/19/2012
Jeremy Moore left my son homeless. He told him he wasn't his worker anymore. So, I went with my son to SS office and find out that he has benefits sitting in his account, and Jeremy wasn't going to tell him. When I went to Ayudando's office to get my son's money he kept all but $55. He had absolutely no answers to my questions about why he told my son he was not his worker anymore, or how he was planning on giving him his money. He just sat there stuttering and making stupid excuses and wiping the sweat off of his forehead. While in the waiting area, I spoke to a couple of people who were there inquiring about their money. The worker who came out to talk to one of them was VERY mean to him, and it makes me wonder what kind of 'ayudando' they are doing, besides helping themselves.

I am an attorney and I have worked with Ayudando on a number of occasions. They are often appointed because family members and/or caregivers are inapprorpriate. Unfortunately they have the hard task of having to say "no" to people who have become dependent on the incapacitated persons money. These people invariably become very upset. If a family hired Ayudando and they are unhappy, they can easily change to another provider. It is the situations in which a court ordered that Ayudando serve rather than family members that result in great unhappiness. However, there is usually a good reason why the court choose to appoint a third party rather than family members.
Lied to once again

Once again I was lied to by Jeremy Moore with the promise of money that is owed to my by his client, who has a drinking problem and Jeremy has NO problem giving him money for booze. But yet Jeremy can't pay me or his clients rent or utilities.Ive been his clients live-in care giver for 2 years and have yet to see but 1,what happened to getting them once a month? i can go on and on ,maybe next time.

Ayudando protects their clients who are being taken advantage of, the people who want statements are those who want to take their "loved ones'" money for themselves. Ayudando is a reputable company who truly cares for their clients. There is a reason they are the only payee service that has not been shut down by the state.

RESOLVE: THEY NEED TO DISAPPEAR

INADEQUATE SERVICE. IF YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR LOVED ON UNDER THIS ENTITY'S CARE, BEWARE. THEY WILL TAKE YOU'RE LOVED ONE'S MONEY & HOLD IT AS IF IT IS THEIR'S. FORGET ABOUT GETTING A FINANCIAL STATEMENT THEY TELL U WHAT U WANT TO HEAR, "YES, WE"LL SENT ONE" & NEVER DELIVER IT. SUSPICIOUS??? U SHOULD BE. UNCOMPASSIONATE TOWARDS THE MENTALLY ILL AND THEIR FAMILIES, YET GOV'T ENTITIES LIKE THE VA CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THEM & SUSPICIOUSLY CUTS OFF ANY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MENTALLY ILL'S FAMILIES BECAUSE THEY FEEL THE FAMILIES WILL DRAIN THE ACCOUNTS. YET THEY CANNOT PROVIDE STATEMENTS AND EVERYTHING BECOMES A PRIVATE MATTER WHEN THEY ARE CHALLANGED. ALSO CHECK OUT THE POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS THEY MAKE TO THE PRESIDENTAL CAMPAIGNS ON THE INTERNET. IN MY OPINION AYUDANTES IS SURVIVING SOLELY BY PROVIDING SUBSTANDARD SERVICES FOR SOME OF THESE CONTRIBUTIONS. ARE THEY INTERESTED IN YOUR LOVED ONE, no. THEY ARE INEFFICIENT, RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT'S THEY SERVICE.

Some guardians in specific are not client centered, there is no focus on the person they serve, Ayudando is always worried about not having time for the perosn and does not advocate for a quality of life but will advocate for what makes the job easy for them. Being the the field I have had more then 3 bad experiences with them. Dont put your loved one in thier hands... you will regret it..

I have been this persons care giver for over the past 6 months and we (myself and the person I take care of) have been asking on regular bases (several times weekly) for a monthly statement and have been told almost each time that they will get it out in the mail and to this day have not yet received it . I would like to know why we have so much of a problem getting a statement.
