Worst experience ever. Drove the car in for what should have been normal repairs and had to tow it home. The mechanic screwed the car up so bad a new engine had to be put in. On top of that, the mechanic had a forcible entry and detainer charge against him as well as several financial lawsuits. People, do your homework before you turn over your car.

The service I received from Awesome went above and beyond any car repair I have ever had to have done. My daughter's car needed a part that was no longer manufactured and Awesome searched for it and found the part, which happened to be a power seat, and saved us a ton of dough. I would recommend this "Awesome" automotive repair shop to all my friends and family!

After failing my emissions test I got 4 estimates on repairs. Awesome spent 2 hours at no charge to determine the problem and came in with the lowest price! Ed is great, respectful, compassionate. I will take all of my car repairs to him from now on!!!!!

I love going to Awesome Auto to have my car worked on, they are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. They always explain my repairs so I can understand and they don't sell me more than I need and as a single mom I can really appreciate that.. I LOVE AWESOME AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!!

I walked in the same time as and you are absolutely correct. I felt the same vibe and am dissapointed as well and would have felt the exact outcome, about taking auto elseware.Yes we are a busy shop and space is limited. I have taken my car to Awesome a few times and I have had pretty good luck. I had an appointment for a simple oil change on Monday at 10:00am. I showed up at 9:45 and was treated as though I was a bother. The gentleman told me he was to busy to do my oil change and that the 8:00am appointment was still waiting. I offered to come back in a few hours and the gentleman said he would call me so I wouldn't have to wait. Needless to say after waiting all day for a call I never got one. I understand they are busy and I was fine with coming back later but to just not call is bad business. They obviously need to hire more mechanics or not make the appointments. I will be taking my car to another mechanic from now on.

I was in desperate need of a battery and oil change. My car also has other repairs that need to be completed at a later time when I have more money. I tried Awesome Automotive because of the reviews I read here. I called and spoke to Tracy to get a quote on a battery and oil change. Their quote was the best deal. When I arrived they tested my battery to be sure that it needed replacing (my car is a 2007). They did the oil change and replaced the battery. They also gave me an estimate for the future repairs. They weren't pushy, nor did they use scare tactics to have me do those other repairs NOW. I will definitely go back and have them fix the rest of my problems. They are a little hard to find, but so worth it to look!

I went to Awesome Automotive today after reading the reviews on this website and I was not disappointed at all. After calling 5 other shops for my rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders, Awesome beat all of their prices hands down. Tracy understood I was a little strapped and saved me every penny she could. And becasue I lived in the neighborhood and it was going to take a couple of hours, she took me home and picked me up when it was done. She was very nice and you feel like you're taking your car to friends. Ed is a great mechanic and didn't give me the run around about what needed to be done. He even explained how the "other guys" were charging me twice as much as they were. I drive a 13 year old car and there's plenty of things they could've charged me for. I'll never take my car anywhere else. If you can't find it call them- it's worth it!

I can not give enough stars for Awesome Automotive. As a woman, I am always a little nervous taking my car anywhere for any kind of service because I am always worried about being "taken for a ride". that was definitely not the case here! I exptected to be told that I neede all four brakes done (pads and all!) and was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I only needed the front done, that the rear ones were fine for a while! And I was charged WAY LESS than the dealer and many other mechanincs have charged in the past. The owners could not be nicer...will always take my car there and will refer anyone who needs a reliable and honest place for repairs!

Completely satisfied! My ten year old truck is starting to show its age. Many of my major components are starting to wear and give out. On one particular day, 22 miles from home, I had a serious front end issue on my 2000 explorer. While driving in search of a mechanic, I stumbled upon Awesome Automotive. I had a lot of anxiety about the cost of the repair. But when I was presented with the bill, I was completely shocked at how amazingly little I had to pay compared to the dealer and other local shops. The owners Samuel and Edward told no lies and did not try to sell me on any extras or phantom issues. I was also pleased with the amount of time it took to get the job completed. I recently needed an oil change and drove the 22 miles to Awesome automotive and will do so again whenever I need general service or repairs.

I use to go to another place for all my cars needs until I found these guys. I don't feel cheated or like I'm being taken advantage of (as a woman) and the work is done correctly the first time also affordable. I have reffered many people to Awesome Auto already and I will be a long standing customer with them. Good honest work is hard to find so see for yourself and check them out so you can see just how AWESOME they are.

Let me tell you all that I recently stopped into Awesome Auto. for an oil change rather than driving my car all the way to the dealer, and they did that for me as well as my 26,000 mile maintenance service. I was in and out in less than an hour. The total cost was a fraction of what I normally pay at the dealer and they printed out a complete and detailed invoice for me. It is a little hard to find, but well worth the discovery--I will be going there from now on and recommend everyone to check it out too!

I will always take my car to Awesome automotive great prices and great mechanics. I've been taken it to these mechanics for years finally opened their own shop! No searching for them any more!

I luckily found this place on Dex and will never go to another mechanic again. Sam and his brother are absolutely amazing. I went in expecting to need front and back brakes with rotors. They easily could have sold me on both of them, but they were so honest they told me I just needed back brakes and the rotors were fine. The deal he gave me was half of what every other mechanic in the area quoted. My car was done the same day also. Customer service was the best that I have ever had. They also do oil cganges for half the price of a jiffy lube or any quick oil change place. Replaced my air filter at 1/6th of the price of a jiffy lube too. I can't rave anymore about this place. I will refer everyone I know. Be advised they are right behind Pocket Billiards in the far back of the lot. Do not make a horrible mistake and pass this place up.

I HAVE USED ED AS MY MECHANIC FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE REFERRED MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO HIM. ALL HAVE COME AWSY SATISFIED AND FELT THEY RECEIVED A GOOD DEAL TO FIND A GOOD, HONEST MECHANIC WITH MORE THAN REASONABLE PRICES IS WORTH IT'S WEIGHT IN GOLD! i WOULD GO NOWHEREELSE, NOR SEND ANYONE ANYWHERE ELSE TO HAVE A CAR REPAIRED.

Awesome customer service, fair pricing, and you wont be sold something you don't need. Highly, highly recommended.
