This has been the worst experience of my life. It took 6 months to go through the process and in the underwriter declined it for no specific reason. By the way, I have refinanced 6 times in last 4 years and never been declined. I am not sue if it was declined or Avex Funding guys are cooking up a story.



By the way, these guys are lying all the time so be careful. Never expect a call, email response from them. They will call you the same day for signing the papers. Also, they will loose all the papers and ask you to come again for signatures. Please stay away from them as much as possible.

It is one of the worst companies. I also experience that " they collect all the documents and submit to Wellsfargo.These people dont' even have any access to contact and followup with Underwriter at Wellsfargo. If the wellsfargo underwriter clears the file, these people make money and close the loan".



They can go up to any boundary to make money from our loan refinance. Even I marked that Semin was very rude with some customers. All loan agents are working illegal. Many times my loan agent told me that Moni doesn't allow to email for information and Semin(Owner of company) doesn't tell anything to Moni because she is bringing most of the business. I personally found that Moni doesn't communicate effectively with loan agents to provide info about loan. My loan agent was afraid of Moni.



If your work is done perfectly through this company then it is good luck of yours.

They closed my loan at rate quoted, they closed loan earlier than they has promised only in 10 days. Good guys to work with, Very good services......
