Frustrated customer

They have the worst service here. They are all extremely rude and arrogant with minimal stylist skills to back it up. My first experience the stylist was 45 min late in getting started on my hair then squeezed me in and made me feel rushed in between two other clients....not to mention she tried to talk me out of my highlights most likely bc of get failure to keep good time. I was not happy when she was done bc my highlights turned out a great color and I had spots along my part where it bled through. When I showed her she seemed annoyed and didn't offer to fix it but just said it should fade after a few washes. I have been getting my hair highlighted/dyed at aveda salons for 15 years.....never have I had such a terrible experience! I called and set up an appt to fix it and the stylist who fixed it was extremely rude and unprofessional....I lost count of how many times she swore and chatted with everyone else but me, her client.
