Provided by YPmobilePathetic customer service! Do not count on a call if your part has to come from Anchorage or from out of state, I've gone through this four times and have never received a call when the part came in! Attrition or turnover rate is high at this store...I was told that by one of the employees. Employees lack proper training and that falls back on management!
