Bought an item I didnt know about! by
On Monday Sept 5th i purchased a distributor cap, 3 spark plugs and an ignition rotor. Total was $35. When i got home there was an additional item in my bag. It was anti-seize compound for threads. I did not ask for it, look at it or mention anything about it to the clerk while at the store but, I somehow bought it. I will contact the Autozone Corp. tomorrow to find out if this is common practice by their company to sell merchandise.

Have been an Auto Zone customer for many years, I am a mechanic. This store has the very worst customer service I have ever had! Brought my wife's battery in to get a load check, stood there while manager walked around and talked on cell on a personal call. Parts clerk ignored me while I stood there for another 10 minutes. So i asked for help, the clerk grabbed my battery and spun it around on the counter like it was a big deal to have to check it. Is this not your job? Jobs are hard to find. I may have spent my 110.00 dollars in this store but am taking my business elsewhere, I wil also be complaining to corporate as well.
