This is a home, residential address. Not a comercial shop. Told me verbally he would be done in 1 week, took 6 weeks. Said he was waiting on parts and he had called and left messages. I never recieved a phone call or message. Wouldnt answer his phone, or return phone calls until I had filed a complaint with the district attorney, and their office called him. Refused to negotiate price even after extended service time...
