clean waiting area, I esp. felt these folks put 110% into every aspect of their business. Have been there 3 times for routine work since I moved to Fla. after getting their name from someone else. I'm just happy to have found an auto shop I can trust and have confidence in.

Had both a late model vehicle as well as a classic car (which they did a full on-chassis restoration for me). The one thing that stands out for me is that they treated my vehicles as if they were their own. There is no other place to take your vehicle if you want things done right and done right the first time.

I strongly disagree with the other reviewer. I had what was to me a strange electrical problem and limped into their establishment. They attended to me right away, accurately diagnosed it in a few minutes, repaired it in less than an hour, at a very reasonable price for both parts and labor, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Their handling of the entire manner was thoroughly professional, and they even went out of their way to suggest ways to save money, rather than 'stcking it to me'. Not only that, but I had a chance to observe their handling of several other clients while I was waiting, and found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate in their customer service. Highly recommended.

I would never bring my vehicle to a shop that treats their employees as badly as Auto Works does. Employees of this shop are berated daily and do not receive their paychecks in a timly manner. If you are part of the auto repair community you know that word of mouth is everything and let me tell you, the word out of everyone's mouths is that they wouldn't go near this shop with a 20 foot pole. There are plenty of shops...no need to go to AutoWorks
