This place is horrible. I payed $15 for a deluxe wash. The interior cleaning job is horrible. Not sure what they vacuumed or whipped down. Door jams still had dirt. At least the outside is clean. It's my girlfriends car and she didn't want to do anything about it of course. That's why I usually just wash it myself but it's February.

A little over 2 weeks ago I brought in my wife's car for a full detail at the Auto Spa Hand Car Wash in Niles, IL. Total cost was quoted at $195, not cheap, but if they did a good job the cost is acceptable. About 4 hours after I dropped my car off I got a call saying they had burned a hole in my passenger seat. Yes during a routine detail of a car they managed to burn a hole in my seat with the cigarette lighter of the car. When trying to figure out what happened it became clear that because neither my wife nor I smoke or ever use that lighter during cleaning whoever was working on the car pushed the lighter in, my confusion is at why my car was even on at the time and able to heat up the coil. After the phone call I was told that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes then left to head over there, trying to keep my cool about the situation.
