My mini van stalled on the road, and I called these guys because their shop is close to my house. I described the symptoms that my car was having and they have me a couple suggestions on what to check for. I appreciate that they helped me figure out the problem over the phone and free of charge! Many other mechanics would just have me come into the shop and pay for diagnostic fees etc.. I will definitely bring my cars to them whenever I have problems; got great vibes from them :)

I was sitting in their lobby waiting for my service to be done when another customer came in looking for a bid, they had a limited budget. They worked out various scenarios to fix the problem and explained why some of the options where better than the others. What the cheapest scenario's were and the pros and cons of cost vs. quality. I've never seen that in an Auto repair shop and have become a loyal customer because of it.
