    When they did my service, they filled the transmission to about an inch over the hatchmarks and when I was pulling a load over Snoqualmie Pass, the Suburban started smelling and I had to limp to Cle Elum to get some of the fluid pumped out. Also, I found that they didn't tighten the oil filter and so I lost about 3 quarts of oil all over the bottom of the Suburban. Besides being a real mess, I could have lost the filter and been stuck out in the middle of nowhere without oil.
