Auto Glass Plus treats you like Family
by Patti , 03/14/2013
After an unfortunate accident with a rock, I called Auto Glass Plus in Bremerton for a windshield replacement. I went in for my appointment and was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. I sat in the waiting room and listed to the phones ring while the staff quoted prices and offered rides to customers. They contacted my insurance company to set up a claim, and had a cash price available if a new windshield wasnâÂÂt covered under my policy. Before I knew it my windshield was done, they gave me advice on new windshield care and sent me on my way. I highly recommend Auto Glass Plus in Bremerton for all auto glass needs!

I never write reviews but had to via this shop. My F150 caught a rock last week and it cracked out right away. I was moving in a couple days and was nervous I wouldn't be able to get it replaced before I left. I called Autoglass Plus and Amy answered the phone and walked me thru everything, insurance, appt, and re-assured me I could get in that day or next! She was excellent! I scheduled the following day and was in and out in less then the 2 hours she told me. The shop was clean, staff was friendly, truck was vacuumed, and my windshield looks like it was never replaced. I'm glad there's still "mom & pa" shops that take pride in their work and glad I replaced locally (even though I'm moving!).Thanks again Autoglass Plus!Jack
poor workmanship and damaged my car
by motherbear , 07/14/2012
We have gone to this business for years but the last couple of visits have been poor. Our 2011 honda had the front windshield replaced and they dripped a white substance on the dashboard. We can't get it off. The latest was having our focus in for window tinting. When we got home and washed it a few days later, there was a straight, deep scratch down the middle of the back window. It looked like they used a straight edge knife. We are guessing they cut the glass when they were measuring and cutting the tint film. Also, whatever solution was on the film left serious water spots on the outside of the back window and we can't get them off. We took the car back and the gal blew us off saying the scratch could be from scraping the windows in the winter. This scratch was a perfectly straight line and deep grooved. She gave us a bottle of something that was suppose to take off the water spots but it doesn't work that great. We got the feeling they know this is a problem but reuse to do anything about it. She also noted that to replace the back window would be really expensive because of the tempered glass and rear defog. That told us right there that they know their installer damages vehicles but they aren't willing to do anything about it because of the cost. It is frustrating when you take car of your cars only to take them to a business and have them damaged and then not own up to their mistake. We will never do business there again.
