I would avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! Read through all the reviews here and other places. They don’t practice a fair service. Seems that they sell vehicles that break down and don’t honor fixing them. My father in law traded 2 trucks to them last week. One was a Sport Trac and the other was a 2015 GMC Sierra. They low balled him and told him it only booked for $3900 and gave him $4000 and sold it two days later for $7900 almost 100% mark up knowing what they were gonna sell it for. Ok let’s move on. They proceeded to call and tell him there was an issue with the GMC and he needed to pay to fix it!! Have in mind all paperwork was done and complete. Knowing there was an issue they still sold one of the traded trucks. They said repairs were 4000.00 even on the money. I have never in all my years ever seen a repair be spot on to an even dollar amount. There was no proof of repair or proof of replacement. They are demanding $2000 from him and making threats of not completing financing. There has been different stories between father in law and mother in law from salesman Ben S…. I called and spoke with him and informed him it is a done deal and leave my father in law alone. He said well it’s not right to not take care of the bill. Well they had been driving said truck and who knows how it was driven and now call and demand money for repairs!!!! Look through all the 1 star reviews and tell me if it’s not the pot calling the kettle black!!! Very shady operation at this car lot!!! Take your business elsewhere because you may be the unlucky one to get one of their lemons that they won’t stand behind!!! One of the reviews didn’t even make it home from their dealership and that poor customer had to bring it to another mechanic to have it fixed. ***************STAY AWAY******************

questionable customer priority

I thought I had made the deal for a used car and was sitting at the desk of the salesman. He was inputting the title information when he was called away by someone, perhaps a manager. He came back and told me another couple were test driving the car and made an offer and they had "priority" since they were " in the car" I believe with every fiber of my being they made a higher offer and the dealership made the extra money at my expense. It makes no sense that the person filling out paperwork can be bumped, by a verbal offer during the test drive. The salesman was apologetic and I don’t believe it was his doing. Potential customers need to use caution and be aware of this issue if the car has multiple persons interested.
