It took Scott over a week to return my first call. He apologized about it. He came over and measured the yard and showed me what products might be installed. The following day I got the quote! Scott gave a discount without me asking for it. That was a great deal for me! Scott always informed me that he would taking care of everything for me regarding the fence and installation. He talked with the city on behalf of my concerns many times. He was aware of the issues that I was worried about. The price was within my budget, big deal for me! I got three estimates and Authority Fence was the best. White Franklin Style with New England Capes.Scott and his son got here promptly on the installation day. They were very organized, informed me step by step and of to work. Scott said "they will work until it is done!" They did! The fence looked so nice and I just loved the complete privacy of my back yard. My neighbors and friends like it, too.Thank you,Lang
